The programmer of the multiverse.
Dog Almighty is completely omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent within the scope of the multiverse but weaker than many other programmers from his metaverse.
His true name is unknown but some people call him Boweh.
Not much is known about him other than the fact he created the multiverse and is one of the most powerful being in it, being even more powerful than other seemingly omnipotent characters.
Dog Almighty is not part of an AU and is therefore not restricted by their rules which makes him immune to the powers of hackers and code manipulators.
Error characters as well as Player from Underplayer and VHS Sans cannot use their abilities on him.
He is the creator of the Multiverse (but not the AUs in it).
Originated from the Metaverse (equivalent to a Hyperverse in VSBW's system) and is one of many creators from it called “game designers” or “programmers”. He is weaker than many of the programmers but is not the weakest.

In my scaling system, I put him at Low Metaversal meaning he could destroy a metaverse with a lot of effort. The Undertale AU multiverse is already a complex multiverse (at least using Underverse logic) so the next step up in this system would be a hyperverse. So if I were tiering him in this system, I'd put him at Low Hyperverse Level.
