Well, God is superior to ZeedMillenniummo, who is considered the single greatest threat to the Digital World, thus, making him superior than Homeostasis and ENIAC by a hefty margin.

Do the Unbidden have feats on that kind of scale or are they only High 2-A by being 5-Dimensional beings?

Then I'm going with God. As I said before, he's superior to ZeedMillenniummo, who is so powerful that it's strongly implied that Homeostasis and ENIAC could do nothing to stop it.
