Okay, I think I should start fixing the guy's page now but before that, a bit of possible upgrade for future appearances and forms.
Before his series actually ended, he had his own spin-off, Ultra Fight Victory.
In it, they introduced this old guy named Juda Spectre who, by statements alone unfortunately is going to destroy the universe. Now, for all we know, it could be hyperbole or something else but I think it might worth a shot.
Let's see, how about we take a look at the wiki(Ultra wiki)'s stuff about him. There, it said his revival process causes distortions that could be felt throughout the galaxy, and before I continue let me say this again, the verse is extremely vague about these kind of stuff so it's a bit hard to determine whether they're legit or not. Anyway, I said introduced right? I meant re-introduced, the guy actually appeared in a "movie"(That's actually a compilation of some of the ultraman episodes except for the final battle where there's actually an entirely new scene because hey, new monster! We'll talk about this monster later but first, Juda. In that, he is said to be an immaterial entity born from a Spacial Distortion and whose life is linked to that. Not only that, it also said that he wishes to spread said Distortion albeit at the expense of the universe's stability, what the balls does that mean? Who knows, they could have just said he was going to destroy the universe right? I'll check that movie out later to confirm some things but for now, I'm gonna grasp at straws in this attempt of mine to prove whether this stuff is yay or nay. I don't think there's anything else to say other than an ultra saying his revival could perhaps lead to the destruction of the universe and the guy himself saying he'll destroy the universe hence the word "Kill" and "Destroy" being said. I think Victory himself said that too, that he can and will destroy since he seems to know what they're dealing with is no laughing matter. I mean, I don't really know oh wait, there's also the fact that Ultraman King is involved and is the one giving out the orders for the ultras to move out 'cause he's such a lazy bum. Let me tell you when Ultraman King is there, you'll know how serious the case is so, there?
And, since Victory kinda scales to him in combat he should be around his level then? It's possible the universal destruction is through time though so, I don't know, Juda should be around at the lowest of tier 3 or what? I think the guy's brother, yes he has a brother, though it's the retconned version, scale to him. Yeah, his brother should either be of similar power or stronger since the guy's got some power-ups when he appeared which is harnessing power from a similar power source, I think. Maybe this kinda confirmed his(Victory)'s statements about the energy he wields being the very particles that make up the universe, so there's that.
For his stats before said event, I have no idea, scale him to Taro I guess, an ultra that is stronger than most of his brother-in-arms. But boy is the power-scaling gonna be weird.
And I guess that's the end of this, what's it gonna be then? Also, I'm sorry if the stuff I said are a bit incoherent or difficult to understand. I'm kinda, y'know, a bit tired I guess.
EDIT, for consistency stuff, I don't know. Like I said in the now-closed Ultra Series content revision, the series is an, anything goes type so... I don't even know anymore honestly.
