Mebius has a way to kill Monarch via his overpowered EE, but I don't see why Mebius would care enough about a literal dot that can't do him any harm.

Mebius could probably find Monarch with his enhanced Clairvoyance (each power up form increases the potency of the previous abilities with the exception of his already OP OHK/EE).

At best inconclusive for Monarch, at any other level, it's a stomp in favour of Mebius. Muhahhahahaha.
