If a character exist before the creation of all and any and concepts of "time" and "duration" was created, and the creation of the concepts of time did not bind him, or affect him in any way, and he is not interactable at all without any kind of special power up or boost.

Is this enough grounds for Type 5 Acausality?

Perhaps, I'd give a likely for this exact example. But as with all things on this Wiki context is key and what is actually shown by the feats might have slight but significant changes that makes it a no despite how similar they are to this hypothetical.
