Two questions about Bleach

1. Is it true that nothing in Soul Society (even Genryusai bankai) was able to permanently kill Aizen? I coudn't find anything in google search
2. What exactly is reiatsu crush? On Bleach page I couldn't find anything

2- characters in bleach have energy called reiatsu and how strong you are most of the time depends on how much reiatsu you have, characters with reiatsu also exerts(Idk if thats the correct word to use here) pressure passively that damages your opponents soul directly.
If you are too weak(for bleach verse) or dont have soul resistance (for other verses) you basically just die instantly or cant even move a finger. Ichigo not being able to move because Kenpachi's pressure was too great is an example of this

It's said that everyone in Muken can't be killed, nor are there any executioners in SS that can stop their hearts.

Crushing someones soul with Reiatsu which has various effects

Yeah, because of his regeneration nothing in the SS can kill him, not even Yama who have EE
but even without it, no one in the SS has a high Reiatsu to be able to go head-on Aizen

1. Yeah, is stated that no one and nothing on SS can kill those on muken

2. Reiatsu crush is the preasure their soul releases, those that don't have soul resistance or os not high enough suffer from various effects ranging from paralysis, fear to disintegration on extreme cases
