Two different Player's fight it out! Monster Islands VS Neverwinter!

The Two different players randomly meet up at a beach and decide to fight eachother to the death! Neverwinter Player is primary a Wizard in this fight.

Going by how the D&D pages are scaled. Shouldn't the Neverwinter player be High 6-A since they can kill an Aspect of Orcus, and can take hits from an Avatar of Tiamat who in forgotten realms lore would both be High 6-A?

This isn't D and D? And how would they be High 6-A? (I haven't been through the whole game) But it would be best if you made a thread for that and not post why here.

The Neverwinter Player's resistance to mind manip is probably going to help here, since the MI player's most likely going to equip the garnet amulet right away (basically to render them neutral until provoked) and try to land a few powerful attacks with Graahken'Hulk's mini hammer (the weapon with the 32x baseline wall level rating) until they are provoked by the player.

Despite this, the NW player's regen and immortality via blessings is probably not gonna allow the MI player to actually kill them. Assuming the NW player is at least baseline wall level, then he can definitely put up a fight against the MI player before winning.
