For Godzilla:

Godzilla is far more durable here, so Skitzo can't really kill him. There's also that Skitzo's Low-Godly Negation means he can kill souls, but not the disembodied mind, which is what Godzilla heals from.

For Skitzo:

Skitzo has many ways to put down Godzilla, be it Possession, the fact that Godzilla can't kill him via regen, or that Skitzo can drive Godzilla into madness. Skitzo doesn't usually use hax, but he'd likely use powers if he saw that he can't kill Godzilla. Also, he has a homefield advantage.

OVERALL:

While Incon seems a likely choice, Skitzo's Possession is from someone watching a tape, which Godzilla can't and won't do. Also, Godzilla can stop time and just send Skitzo somewhere else. Once he stops time, he can send him to a place where Skitzo can't reach him, meaning he sort of wins.

Overall, Godzilla 8/10.
