So Iron Man will definitely be trying to keep his distance. He might even call in all of his suits from the jump due to fear aura. However, Kaint is much stronger and more skilled. Tony has a few chances to hit him with things like the nanoarmor and his suits bombarding him. But Kaint has enough of a durability advantage and stamina/endurance to get through it all. The one thing that Tony could try to really get a leg up is somehow hacking Kaint’s electrical chakrams. But they wouldn’t serve him since Kaint resists their effects. It’d just make him have to use his bare hands and claws instead of them.

I vote Kaint for overwhelming force and the skill to win in even the worst case scenario for him.
