True Dark Genie Revision

So originally I attempted to upgrade the True Dark Genie to Low 2-C and Immesurable speed in another thread. However I didn't have evidence that the Dark Genie was going to absorb all of time. Well I'm going to attempt another revision for him, however I'm not going for Immesurable speed but something else. Anyway let's begin.

Statements
I'm going to quote the characters lines directly from the game and post my suggestions.

Seda: "He's a force of pure evil. But his aim isn't to destroy the world. His intent is to send his will through time to every age... to take over history by sending parts of his essence to each age. He is a terrifying being."

Seda: "Toan. Dark Genie is the embodiment of pure negative energy. He doesn't live so you can't kill him. But you can change the history of his birth and erase him."

True Dark Genie: "Ha! You failed... Boy from the future. You failed to change history. The infinite power given to me can drink up the very flow of time. Beyond time I will reign over all... So long as human hatred runs pure and clear I will exist without end!!!. This never-ending flow of dark power will see me to the pinnacle of all that exists. Now come! Kneel before me!!."

True Dark Genie: "Ugh...! Indeed. You possess great power. But I am immortal!. Every time I fall I will be reborn agai. Don't you see? The futility of it?. Killing me is wasted energy. A hopeless exercise. I am Infinite. Ha ha ha ha...!!! Agggh!"

Note: These two qoutes are when the Dark Genie gave himself a physical form, thus Toan could kill/destroy said body.

Fairy King: "Toan!. The Dark Genie will return if you don't get rid of Seda's hate energy."

Fariy King: "Toan! It's over now!. That evil will never come back to life... At least for some time..."

Now it's shown that when you enter the Gallery of Time and head back to different time periods, the Dark Genie's monsters are all across each period of time meaning he has and already started spreading his will/essence/himself across time. Note that the Gallery of Time connects to all time. It's how Seda got to the future and how Toan gets to the past. So the Dark Genie has already put himself in those time periods. The proof is the fact that he created the monster in the Gallery of Time using his power and he even talks to Toan when he reaches 400 years into the past.

Suggestions for Additions
Tier: At least Low 6-B, would eventually become Low 2-C

Powers and Abilities: Duplication (Can split parts of his essence across time), Immortality (Type 5. Stated that he doesn't live and cannot be killed normally), Regenerationn (Mid-Godly overtime. Even after his existence was erased the Fairy King stated the Dark Genie would return after some time)

Attack Potency: At least Small Country level, would eventually become Universe level+ (Was sending his essence across all of time and planned on absorbing the flow of time and rule over it and all that exists from beyond it)

Note: The Dark Genie's essence is his power/himself so if he was going to send his essence across time (which he was doing). That means he would have been absorbing time from ever age.

Speed: Sub-Relativistc would eventually become Omnipresent (Was sending his essence across all of time in an attempt to rule over every age)

That's about it, thoughts?. Hopefully I'm not going to be see as a wanker or an idiot. I don't want to be that guy.

Wanker, nah just kidding. Some of this looks perfectly fine with any real thought, i.e. Duplication & Immortality. The other things like the basic merging with time just like Zamasu from DBS looks accurate. After all he/it, what ever the true dark genie is was sending his influence through time, as I remember Toan went back like a year or so then a decade, then several leading to the 400 years back time period & he (DG) had already infected the time period with his essence. If he were to finish, I could see him with these upgrades, but I'm just one reaper.

So many other characters across fiction get the same treatment, eldritch abomination tries to merge with the universe, sea captain, police detective... small adolescent child & rag-tag group of unlikely heroes stops him it at the pinnacle of "the last second", & save the world, but just because he/she/it was defeated just before becoming the proverbial "Low 2-C", doesn't mean they could never have done it. Either way, I can get behind this, venting concluded. If TDG gets enough acceptance like this he'll have you to thank for the support.

Did he ever actually take over all of time though or was he stopped before completely doing so?

Not sure about low godly regen from what i can see it would just be cause of his type 8 immortality, which would as a byproduct give him mid godly regen i guess.

He was stopped before he could do it. That's why I suggested possibly Low 2-C

I'll get rid of the low godly Regenerationn then.

I mean... alright, I can see it. Some of this only implies abilities (aforementioned Type 8, I'd even argue a case for Type 4 under new standards).
