Transduality and NEP

A creature beyond all comprehension. There are no words to fully describe it. And no words to even partially describe it. Both nothing and everything. Simultaneously.
The creature is nonexistent and existent simultaneously, yet its at the same time said that there is nothing to fully describe it, which means that calling it non-existent, existent or both is virtually wrong
So, is it transduality and nep type 2 + 3?

  1. Material Nonexistence: The character doesn't exist in a conventional sense. In terms of binary, this would be a 0, where existence is 1 and nonexistence is 0. In simple terms that means that the characters simply lack the aspect, in the same way that a stone lacks a soul.

  2. Paradoxical Nonexistence: Characters still exist, but paradoxically behave as if they don't when attacked. Equivalently, characters qualify which don't exist, but behave as if they do in some aspect other than their interaction with attacks and abilities. To qualify for this type, a character needs to be stated to be immune to manipulations of the aspects they are nonexistent in due to their nonexistence. An example of that would be a character who is able to think, and hence has a mind, but is stated to be immune to regular mind manipulation as said mind is paradoxically nonexistent in nature. The character doesn't necessarily behave exclusively nonexistent in regard to attacks, but that is the only requiremet necessary to gain this type. In terms of binary, where existence is 1 and nonexistence is 0, this would be part 0 and part 1 simultaneously.

Why isn't NEP Type 2?
The character doesn't exist in a sense further beyond conventional nonexistence. In terms of binary, this would be something that is neither 1 nor 0, where 1 is existence and 0 is nonexistence. Characters of this type often have some low degree of Transduality due to their lack of binary existence. Characters of this type have to behave at least as nonexistent as those with Material Nonexistence, but might display even further
Nonexistence and existence is not something that can describe the nature of the creature because it is beyond these words. It is beyond 1 and 0

Transduality type 1 at the very least

Paradoxical NEP sounds like a better fit, but it could potentially be type 2 and 3.

Though recently, I found out Type 2 is a lot more complicated than people thought from DT.

I still think NEP Type 2 is applicable. The creature cannot be even partially described as non-existent because it is beyond such an idea/comprehension. If 0 its inexistence and 1 is existence, the creature is neither

It is basically the textbook for type 2
In terms of binary, this would be something that is neither 1 nor 0, where 1 is existence and 0 is nonexistence.
Also, this creature is basically the deepest layer of the soul, where the most basic soul already has NEP Type 1
