What is Uiharu supposed to do against a Magic God? All she has is info manipulation and I doubt that's enough

Information manipulation is a really impressive hax (or at least to me it is) and no character in Toaru is shown to resist it.
However, I just realized an issue in the prompt in that Uiharu didn’t disintegrate the entire dragon so I’ll change the matchup to Nuada’s third key. Also apparently their range is still High 1-C without phase manipulation.
