Ruby resists a lot of titan dragons best abilities here, including time manipulation and existence erasure, so most of the titans trump cards won't really be new to ruby, plus if ruby here is meant to just be on par with goku & vegeta if this a dragonball au, i find it likely she's way more skilled and experienced too, on top of being an Extraordinary Genius combatant, and titan dragon is taken as Gifted at most.

He has power mimicry im pretty sure (all he needs to do is see it)

The scan on his profile is super vague, and it would be NLF to assume he can copy everything he see's with a snap of his finger. Even then, i doubt he'd have time to do that before he gets one shotted, because ruby seems to have hax like this as early as her first key:

• Subjective Reality, possibly Law Manipulation and Physics Manipulation (Magic from the Ever After "breaks the natural laws of our dimension and universe" - despite/due to being a UES and not existing in Universe 7 or the Demon Realm - thus allowing characters to maximise its utility and versatility by wielding their imagination, such as Penny using "Cold Fire" that is capable of neutralizing heat/fire or Ruby using magic to shrink down Crescent Rose when she was turned into a kid. Ruby even says she just thinks about what she wants to do and it happens with her magic)

Titan dragon also doesn't resist literally anything other than paralysis inducement, so he's just gonna... get owned by any of ruby's abilities as soon as the fight starts lol Power nullification is the only thing i see going for titan dragon but again the scan says he just has it, we don't get a feat of him using it on the profile or anything, and i don't think there's any evidence he would or could spam it.
