Basically, just wanna give Naruto (All 4 Canon Profiles and 1 Storm Profile) Danmaku.
Hope this isn't too controversial.
So, since Naruto can spam large amounts of Shadow Clones and they can attack his opponent in complex patterns (including with shuriken, massive rasengan, phys attacks, etc) while Naruto himself is at a distance. He should have Danmaku on his profile.
