Time and Space time

I want to know if space time and time are different because I think they are different -
Because at that time I thought it was a cheating ability rather than a way to cross over from the 3rd dimension to the 4th dimension.

And finally, I would like to ask, if there is a 3-Dimensional entity that travels forward and creates an impact there, causing a new timeline, will it be tier low2C?

But I want to emphasize that she didn't destroy it and create a new one, she just went 500 years into the future and caused an impact that changed the timeline.

Well, as their names say, space-time is the association of space and time, while time is, uh just time. Space-time is actually different from time.

No. This is a common thing with time travel, any change in events can creates a new timeline. The idea of time travel is not the same in all verses, but this verse uses the "conventional" idea of time travel. So no, that won't be enough to give her a Low 2-C rating.
