That depends on two factors, one does this girl normally throw or use those black hole attacks, if not then I guess yah he could win her since she doesn't have anything(besides the black hole power) to kill him and his Museo tensei should erase her.

That would be NLF, intangibilty only scatters atoms, a black absorbs everything, and this black hole is takes you to another dimension. Trust me he won't survive if he gets sucked in.

A super-pessimist like me has a hard time being satisfied when a character like Ken is not even the strongest in his tier.

For 9. Probably not the strongest, but Olive from Princess Maker 2 is pretty high up there. She has a mastery over Swords, Clubs, Bows, is an expert Kung Fu Fighter, is a scientific and theological genius, great at exploring, Is one of the best magic users in the world. As young as the age of 11 she is capable of trading blows with the three greatest warriors in the world and only gets stronger until the ending, where she's in her 20s. She's also a great dancer, singer, painter, poet but who cares about that artsy stuff .

Describing her makes her sound like a huge Mary sue now that I think about it, but that's just how the game works I guess.

Muso Tensei is a bit more than just scattering ones atoms, it erases the pracitioner from existance.
