Tiering Question

There is a structure A and a structure B. The inhabitants of structure B all scale to the power of the plane of structure B. The plane of structure B is beyond all concept of dimension, beyond all possible dimensions. The inhabitants of structure B see everything as fiction. everything is superstition, illogical, all parts of a comic book. and these fictions are sent to the lower plane, structure A. Structure A is like a garbage dump and the inhabitants of structure B go to structure A, this structure A, which is fiction, often goes to structure B and tries to collect the fictions, that is, to make everything real. here it is seen as fiction, but then it is mentioned that the lower plane can reach the upper plane, is the tier of structure B Low 1-A on the grounds of exceeding dimensions by making this r>f anti feat, or is the question directly wrong? (it would be better if the admins answer.)

If structure A entities are going to structure B via some heIp from entities of structure B, and if structure B entities are going to structure A via some non-quantitative reduction in their power, it can stiII be 1-A

However, if that is not the case, then it is stiII Iow 1-A per the fact that B exceeds aII possibIe dimensions of A

Are you sure about your answer? So do you approve as 1-a?
