I was going to write this scan, Noah as being able to do it because of the this skill in spiritual island. However, the panel that I underlined in the scan is as if something is going on as Noah's converging mana focused , in short, he is transferring his power somewhere... I mean, I don't think I should just add it as a spiritual land feature because it was a meteorite made in Noah's own mana. therefore, I want to scale this value to the AP and reflect the folding values to this.
