Tier given if you destroy an infinite sized planet, star, galaxy, and universe?

So for time now, I've been wondering what Tier is given to a character if they destroy an infinite sized planet, star, galaxy, and universe?

Format

Planet - TIER

Star - TIER

Galaxy - TIER

Universe - TIER
 
All of these are Infinite 3D power feats. You can't really go beyond that, lest you Start dealing with destroying timelines.


In conclusion, High 3-A.
