This is just my two cents.
Alongside with Tier 1-A and High 1-A, this is one of the most controversial Tiers because simply it requires a character to be omnipotent and has no weaknesses. However, the term "omnipotent" means (according to dictionary.com ) it means either almighty or infinite in power, as God or having very great or unlimited authority or power. However, that presents a problem because a lot of the popular and large verses have their own so-called omnipotent beings. At first, it looks fine but there is a problem, if a character is truly omnipotent, then its power isn't just unlimited but it can affect all of fiction (for obvious reasons, the reality isn't included). Unfortunately, no character has proven this because their power is limited to the boundaries of the fictional verse that they reside in. And even if the character is omnipotent, there is no way of proving it because there are hundreds of fictional verses, which would take a lot of time and effort to prove the omnipotence of the character. Therefore, my solution to this problem is to remove Tier 0 because it is impossible to prove it.
