Thermonuclear Godzilla has feats that go into the teratons..
But.. at least it’s Moon level+.
He was able to disperse Ghidorah’s storm and merely by it’s power.
The dispersion
  • 339 exatons - 11.44x (Moon’s destruction)
  • 2.1 zettatons - 4.85x (Mercury’s destruction)
  • 71.4 quettatons - 9.51x (VB10’s destruction)
Ghidorah’s storm (Note : These results should be far higher as Godzilla dispersed this storm and Ghidorah.)
  • 128.3 petatons - 28.92x (Average (Plural) Continent’s destruction)
  • 77.5 exatons - 3.76x (Moon’s destruction)
The power (Watts)
  • 1.9 kilofoe-seconds - 83.27x (Our Solar System’s destruction per second)
So Godzilla in thermonuclear should scale higher than country. At it’s best on it’s own, this is how it scales to usual measurements. Compared to teratons, it’d be 4.5318943595e+25 teratons! Compared to the Earth, it’d be 762,422,447,567,350.2x the destruction (Specifically 762,422,447,567,350.2211499799)! Compared to the sun, it’s 333,065.9x the destruction (Specifically 333,065.9805199368)!
