I think that the "planet level" should be removed from Ciri's profile. Sure, she stopped the white frost, but the white frost doesn't exactly destroy the world. It just makes it untenantable, like shown in the "Through time and space" quest

Even if it's downgrade i think covering entire planet in snow and ice can be somewhat calcluated, and would be definitelly more than witcher top tiers that are Tier 8 - low Tier 7
