The Ultra Series - Potential return to 4-B?

I've discussed this before with the others back at the discussion thread, but nothing ever came out of it, so I'm making this.

Basically...

In Belial's page, he has a form named Beryudora, which consists of, at the very least, over 200 monsters. Official sources say it's 300, but Imma try being fair first.

My proposal here now, is, would it be possible to bump him up to somewhere around High 4-C+? I mean, the gap between regular High 4-C to a '+' is around 12x.

Should this be accepted, I believe pretty much everyone past Zero's Era would get bumped back up.

well if that is the case even pre beryudora can be 4B considering the amount of power ups the ultra brother's get and the scaling

I think Belial 2nd key should be 4B given should far above the ultras he is
