Okay, here is how I think it goes.
Betty has a larger variety of things she can use in this fight such as her army of minions or illusions which could easily throw Salivas off. They also have a lot of Soul based attacks, which Salivas is vulnerable to since they not only negate his regen and resurrection if his soul is stolen, he is just vulnerable in general. The problem is, Salivas is not only waaay smarter, but also has enhanced sense, precognition and regeneration which would help him mess up any sneak attacks or illusion stuff. His regen is also superior to Betty. He also has resistance to absorption which helps a bit. Alongside his slightly higher durability and strength, it’s no easy fight but I would say Salivas has a slight edge. For the minions… one he could just… ignore them. And two, he could also take them out rather easily if he needs to. And with his existence erasure, that adds some ways to deal with them or just a win-con.
