Mehrunes wins easily. Type 5 immortality means Nameless can't kill him, and even if he can, his soul will return to oblivion to rejuvenate then just come back even if the dragonfires are lit. Whereas Dagon has enough ways to kill him

Dagon has multiple ways of winning this. He could win by size and brute force alone. Daedra lack souls also
