This isn't a superpower, humans are instinctively compelled to be passionate. The MHA heroes more selfless than most, sure, but hardly a superpower.

Plus instinctive movement in general is an ability. Noting that people respond instinctively doesn't change that when one of the most famous examples is Ultra Instinct, and its entire essence is acting without thinking. It doesn't have to be supernatural or it would be called something else.
