Problem with the radar is It’s extrasensory perception but that hasn’t been added yet

Also he probably needs to prep time to use it. And it while it will show location it won’t show exactly where, for instance elevation.

I say prep because when you use the radar you must select a dinosaur first before you can use it. Not only that it would also mean the hunter needs prior knowledge first to do this

Giants boot I never really played that map

I was thinking the hunter would probably use it to have an area advantage. With the radar, he could potentially pin-point where he and his enemy ginjiro is on the map to get close and finish the job so idk if prior knowledge is needed when he knows where he is and can guess where his enemy is via the radar.

So the bullet speed will stay the same guess it depends on who manages to pull the trigger first
Using the map, both sides of the river have huge trees and vegetation which both parties probably start by using them to avoid bullets by hiding/shielding. Despite these bullets being 9-A, they aren't shotgun pellets so they won't break the trees downs upon impact however their piercing damage is 9-A. Ginjiro also has aim dodging feats from Supersonic+ characters despite being massively slower, not sure about The Hunter so Ginjiro definitely has the agility aswell as the stamina needed for this gun battle.
What does ginjiro do
He's an incredible sniper. He could no scope a significantly faster character's hand as their about to fire a gun from a higher floor in a gymnasium despite having an serious injury (The right side of his face was slashed including his ear), with said character complimenting his skills and fear being in his trajectory despite being a bullet timer themselves. He can also snipe a character faster than his perception while they were about to kill someone 600 meters away from his current location while crouching in bushes. He can snipe the literal shadow below someones feet while being meters away from their location while on the phone lol. His sniping skills are notable which could lead to the Hunter's demise.
Although if the hunter miraculously shields himself via the vegetation around him, The Hunter could use the radar to track around the water body and the whole map towards ginjiro's location while having stealth on, I could make an argument for Ginjiro then.

Your gonna probably need to put in the op that the hunter not only has radar but also prior knowledge of ginjiro along with prep
