Welll long story short. One of the wikia staff members got hacked and well using the account of the staff member the hacker demoted a lot of other staff members, caused some havoc and well did a few other things.
Bascially the lockdown was to fix things... I hope they're fixed now. And we should really be careful from now on as lot of attacks seem to be happening on wiki.
It seems to be mostly resolved but if you want you can keep yourself updated about the current situation through this thread...
