Alright so with the current distance, Sikari's best bet would be to start with his Special Kick: Bright Light as it doesn't necessarily require a soccer ball, he could easily just use a small rock to the same effect. Bright Light would be able to temporarily blind Leo letting the small wolf the opportunity to close in the range to start physically attacking them

Alright so Sikari has no equipment here and sure, Sikari could get the jump on Leo, but they have an AP advantage and an axe. They could also just Homelander laser vision wolf pup which Sikari doesn't resist

Sikari does hold a considerable Lifting Strength advantage however, so he could easily rag doll Leo around if he does get the jump on them, which is likely considering his only option at range is to use Bright Light to blind them in order to close the distance.

How likely is Leo to start with Laser Vision? As you've stated that Electricity is their main ability i'd assume they'd start by using it

Yes but they use laser vision about as often as they do electricity. They're both equally likely but if Sikari no-sells an electricity blast then they would def resort to either laser vision or the M16

Sikari really just needs one good grab to start bashing Leo around so if they were to use electricity first it would really help him
