Joker has this, mostly due to Caretaker and Joker having the same range, CT lacking fight exp, and of course CT being a glass canon. While CT may be better at prep, it is used in a more realistic way, same for his stealth mastery. He moved as slow as possible for hours to get a kill. Joker would overpower the crazy man and kill him.

Plus his pain tolerance compared to CT. He could take a stab if it isn't in a fatal area such as the neck. Which is possible. joker more times than not for that and reasons above
