The Borg (Star Trek) vs Forerunners (HALO)

Forerunners win pretty handily.
The Forerunners have a far far greater industry than the borg. Some of their ships are in the 4-C range. While the Borg is 5-A(Witch is kinda wanked imo) But Mid range calcs are typically in the 7-B to 6-C range for Borg iirc. The Forerunners could open up slipspace portals inside Borg ships. Not to mention arguably superior AI.
