He's also fought Katana and Broadsword wileders who have been fighting since they were kids, and still amazes them by just how well he's able to instantly recognize and understand their fighting styles with a single glance

Does those he faced before is Building Level like him? he can stomp them if he's much stronger than them. I mean, the amped Lion's Roar is giving him some trouble.

They still 9-A for normal AP which why they can't hurt him at 0:23

He can still stomps them if their AP is not equal to their durability.

And the moment landlady on the same level with Beast with Amped Lion's Roar (8-C) at 3:28 He gets trouble.

How exactly? He made a Menos Grande retreat and later stomped a 20% Renji after getting a boost, plus being able to fight Grand Fisher.

Fighting someone for a while and making them retreat doesn't put you above them in AP tho if you both manage to match eachother.

20% of a 7C isn't 8C so...Not really sure if that applies here.

Except he didn't match it, he deflected it's Cero and then slashed it almost up to it's head, it which then retreated from the damage it took. Ichigo himself took no damage(aside from his spirit energy going out of control from the sudden increase).

And that is why these revisions are needed for Bleach.....again.....
