I do not think this qualifies as Deconstruction. The page specifically states that deconstruction must be the core mechanism, rather than merely a consequence of another ability or power.

It does not need to be that direct. Thanos for example is used as an example, even though The Snap isn't just Deconstruction, but caused by reality Warping of the stones.

While this is not Reality Warping in that sense, it is still the same in that the effect is one of the primary effects caused by this ability. I think the enemy being crushed into tiny pieces here is still a direct consequence of the Aura rather than an indirect one.
