Tatsuya Kondou's Judgement Bullet

To keep it simple, Tatsuya Kondou was capable of penetrating veldora's body and even caused him to lash out in pai with Judgement bullet and weaken him to the point he seemingly was capable of destroying his magic circuits had he not focused on resisting it

I think his profile should give him higher AP via Judgement Bullet
