Evolved Incursio Tatsumi is barely above Bulat, in fact, I've seen arguments saying he's weaker, CU shouldn't have too much trouble.

No clue, I'm just putting CU against AgK characters in the same tier

So uhh....Tatsumi only had flight in his 7B and nothing else. Low 7B for is basically Bulat but with a larger spear and much less expierience. So this match is kinda pointless.

At this point, like CU's fight with Bulat, what this version of Tatsumi has going for him is his speed, and even that is equalized here.

Otherwise, the Chosen Undead has way too much versatility for Low 7-B Tatsumi to handle. He takes this with mid difficulty via better experience, better AP (which can be increased with Power Within) and durability, not to mention the numerous miracles and fire-based pyromancies Tatsumi does not resist.

Besides, as the battle did not restrict it, CU can endlessly revive in the Abyss. I believe you should restrict it to "first death", as otherwise it would make every fight against the Chosen Undead a victory for him or inconclusive (as the CU keeps reviving but cannot kill his opponent).
