Honestly I originally thought I had to add some scans but apparently most of em are in the references. At least they're there and usable so I'm just gonna deal with the more obvious ones. Changes include:
*Added explanations to the P&As
*Added Bodily Weaponry for Dr. Beefton
*Added justification to Wall Level
*Removed random links to abilities in the Notable Attacks section
