Biography:
One of the most powerful chrysalises. Immune to the power of swords. Anything written by the wielder of Emperor Jimmu’s Pen comes true due to having the power of Amaterasu. It functions with divine power so it does not require ink. It is unbreakable and can write in the air, meaning paper is unnecessary.

I don't know if this is enough to scale him. I will say he is weaker than Grimms and that Grimms is the only one in the Swordgai universe to be immune to Emperor Jimmu's Pen. I haven't decided on a Busoma form for him yet or what its powers would be but I was thinking of multiple arms like Avalokiteshvara and a pen in half the hands and a blank book in the other half allowing him to write multiple things at once.

It would be cool if Sword Gai characters were on VSBW so we could compare based on that. Maybe for a low-ball, we could say he is comparable to Seiya Ichijo who I think is at least Large Building level. But that is pretty weak for a reality-warping character. It really depends on what he can think of since he can write anything and have it happen. The pen itself could vary from Below Average Human Level to Universe+ Level. I haven't really thought of an intelligence level for Kenkyo so who knows if he would think to erase the entire universe or not. But then we have the fact that he has to be weaker than Grimms for story reasons so he can't be Universe+.
