This is closer than I initially thought.

It depends on who does what first though. Ogudomon has all the arsenal of the Seven Demon lords including Lucemon Falldown, meaning he has the largest arsenal by far. However, Susanoomon has the likes of Pandora Dialogue.....I dunno yet...

Does ogudomon have the knowledge of the SGDL (meaning he'd know about Susanoomon abilities?).

So... in that regard, Susanoomon has the intelligence advantage over Ogudo. Therefore, he is likely to start out with the stuff that can kill Ogudo.

Susanoomon has absolutely no chance. Ogudomon is the fusion of all the Demon Lords. Susanoomon is equal to Lucemon Falldown Mode. It would have no chance against its fusion with all the other demon lords. Ogudomon is pratically undefeatable.
