They seem pretty evenly matched, but I'd give the win the Thanos because of his thousands of years more experience, and his wider range of powers. He could probably tank Superman's hits, and vice versa, so it seems like the deciding factor should be their abilities. Also, most of Thanos' powers are magic-based, and Superman is notoriously ill-equipped for that.
