Supergirl durability

Because its a feat of physical power, which would in turn scale to her durability due to Newton's Third Law

That's like saying if a body builder can push a truck he will definitely survive getting hit by one

Thats nothing like this...

Not only does pushing a truck =/= lifting it over your head, but:

Lifting a truck = Roughly 44007.5272 joules

KE of a speeding truck = 1615348.24565 joules

So no, a person who can lift a truck would not survive being hit by one. Same with how Supergirl would likely not survive if the same fort she lifted was hurled at her face, they're two completely different feats.

Yes, every action has an equal and opposite reaction, so if Supergirl exerte that level of energy with her physical power she must be equally as durable so she doesnt shatter every bone in her body when she tries to attack someone.

But is there any other direct durability feat and Newton's third law applies to force not energy. To change force to energy don't you need to divide the energy by the distance right. I'm not really sure.
