Sure red lanterns can open blood portals allowing them to cross vast distance instantly and the immortality comes from the same place their black lantern resistance comes from they have no need for their hearts or other such internal organs as their bodies run off of red energy so they can survive injuries that would kill a normal person like having their hearts ripped out

Immortality (Type 2; Red Power Rings assume the functions of the heart and sustain the wielder's body, allowing Red Lanterns to survive mortal injuries as long as the Red Lantern Ring is not removed), Type 2), Empathic Manipulation (Can warp the psychological state of others to cause uncontrollable rage), Portal Creation (Through Blood Portals), and Fire Breath (Can exhale flames)
