Now, I understand if this feels a little nitpicky but I feel like this needs to be changed.
As it stands his justification is "After absorbing Goku's 10x Kamehameha, he became so much stronger he easily stomped Super Saiyan 4 Goku and required the power of a Dragon Fist to be defeated''".
My problem is that this is misleading. There are several factors that went into Super 17's defeat. See his defeat here.
1. Super 17 had to be held wide open, unable to defend or brace himself. This was only accomplished with 18's help.
2. That allowed Goku to use his Dragon Fist to rip straight through his torso.
3. Goku then fired 3 kamehamehas into the hole in 17's chest before he died.
Based on this, I feel like his justification needs to be changed because right now, it sounds like the Dragon Fist did all the work. Instead it should be more like:
Multi-Galaxy level (After absorbing Goku's 10x Kamehameha, he was easily able to defeat Super Saiyan 4 Goku and was only defeated by exploiting his lowered defenses via teamwork)
