Round 1: Speed equalized

Round 2: Speed unequalized

Round 3: Speed Unequalized, Roman has access to the Atlesian Paladin
 
Sundowner has this, Sundowner was able to keep up with Raiden albeit he had help. He is physically stronger then Roman by miles and their isn't really anything Roman has to fight him. Plus, with no counter to his shields, Roman is at a huge disadvantage.
