Sun Wukong vs Lan Mu

Lan Mu has combat power improvement according to his opponent, right?
True, he would continue to increase his stats if he met a strong enemy. But the weakness is obvious, the growth doesn't add any hax, and if the gap the strength is very high, he can be one shot by his opponent without time to grow

Oh yeah actually you don't need to worry about bringing Jingu Bang, the characteristics of the weapon only ensure the damage received, even if there is a boundless existence

So you don't need boundless durability to really tank the attacks

So this is the first key Sun Wukong vs Lan Mu in his Sun Wukong form? Lan Mu can't really do anything without Ruyi Jingu Bang, only with his weapon can his potential actually be unleashed.

Well firstly Sun Wukong has 10D Invulnerability, so none of Lan Mu's physical attacks are going to work. So either Memory Manipulation, Telekinesis, or Sealing is going to be his win-con moves to in cap. He also has instinctive spiritual senses, so there is no getting the drop on him thanks to teleportation.

On Sun Wukong's end, his Ruyi Jingu Bang does bypass Durability, so matter how he hits Lan Mu he will be able to deal damage. On top of that, he can probably use his clones and size changes to overwhelm Lan Mu.

Lan Mu does have infinite layers of resistance when it comes to magic, however, so Sun Wukong's direct magic won't be able to help him here.

But Sun Wukong is basically immune or resistant to any direct attacks from Lan Mu, and is Immortal which Lan My can't do anything about.
