I wasted all my creativity for the day on my Kairi and Mordred vs Naruto Uzumaki Thread so this is the best you're getting.

Both are at 8-C, Speed Equalized and Both have Prior Knowledge.

Delta is 0.31 Tons and Ravage massively Downscales from Bumblebee who as far as I can tell downscales from Baseline High 8-C back into Building+. Bumblebee One-Shot Ravage but Ravage was still capable of causing Bumblebee pain, even if it was ultimately just chip damage.

So we basically don't know where he actually scales within 8-C... Welp i'm going to assume they're around equal to Delta being a little bit stronger than Ravage.

Well i'm voting for Delta via Level 3 Winter Blast freezing Ravage solid and Delta Launcher spamming until Ravage is reduced to chunks of ice and scrap since Ravage doesn't have any resistances towards Ice Manipulation.

Even if Ravage is stronger than Delta it isn't by much and Delta has hax's that would negate that strength advantage.
