Who are some of the strongest characters from the Horror Genre?

What are the top 10 strongest horror verses and who are their strongest characters?

I already know about Gan. Is there any horror character stronger?

Do you mean all facets of the horror genre?
Because this immediately comes to mind as among the top.
Lol how could I forget about them?

But I'm looking for top 10.

Korrok's up there even if you don't use the 2-A stats, since he's definitely somewhere in Tier 2

Well, if we classify the When They Cry verse as horror...

By the time Uminek and Higurashi get into the higher layer stuff, they've kinda stopped being horror though

I would say Cthulu Mythos (Existential/Unknown Horror) is definetly at the top as the most powerful horror genre though. After that I'm not sure.

Next to Cthulhu Mythos, either probably the Dark Tower or Umineko-verse. Not sure which is stronger.

Does Uminkeo reeeaaally count as horror though?

The start of it with the murders and creepy atmosphere sure, but by the times the whole Kakara multiple timelines higher layers of existence bit happens you know what's going on so the "scary unknown" bit of it goes away.

I suppose you could make a case that it is existential horror, the idea that we are all just pieces of witches, but it doesn't really focus on that.

It is focused on psychology and ideas about fate and inevitability.
