I'd like to know what's the tier (MCB, city block, building...) level for the necessary strength of a blow that strikes somebody over a whole country.

Also, what's the required durability to survive a natural lighting bolt?

The durability to survive a lightning bolt is Small Building level+, 0.239 tons of TNT to be precise. No idea about the punching someone across a country thing.

See i was right Kenpachi couldn't survive the lighting because Bleach characters are at least City to Town Level at most.
