Can the AP rating be because of lifting strength? If so, then what the AP is depends on which strength is greater, right?

Depends on whether they pulled it hard enough and fast enough to warrant such a value. So there’s this feat of a character pulling something, and the result is 6-A, which is the greatest feat performed by that version of the character. So that would be the AP right?
It could be fast enough idk, it was being pulled at around Mach 100Depends on whether they pulled it hard enough and fast enough to warrant such a value.
Mach 100 is definitely fast enough to qualify, might even be able to do F=ma out of it.It could be fast enough idk, it was being pulled at around Mach 100
No. Punching uses different muscle groups from lifting.I have a similar question, so I hope you don't mind me asking about it here.
If a character has Peak Human LS due to defeating a bear in a grappling match and then quickly throwing it aside (as bears generally at least have Peak Human LS), does that translate to 9-C AP? Since Peak Human and Street are the LS and AP equivalents of above-Athlete.
This isn't a punch, however, but a push/throw.No. Punching uses different muscle groups from lifting.
Oh. Didn't see that.This isn't a punch, however, but a push/throw.
