Street Fighter: Some inconsistencies + upgrades

I noticed Sagat's durability here is "Likely Small Island Level" because he survived the Metsu Shoryuken from Initial Evil Ryu, so this basically means Sagat back in SF1 already had likely Small Island Level durability, but here is a problem - Base Ryu's durability here is Small Town Level+. Ryu is now obviously way more durable than Sagat was back in SF1. He can take and tank some Bison and Base Akuma's blows. Ryu's AP here is Small Town Level+, even though he can easily harm Sagat. By now Base Ryu surpassed his SF1 evil self, so by that logic, Base Ryu's AP is at least Small Island Level since he is now superior to Sagat by a long shot. And since Rose's AP here is at least Small Island Level, it makes sense for Ryu to be on that level as well (also with the at least Small Island Level durability because of being able to take hits from Akuma and Bison). There is another reason for that - Transformed Necalli here is at least Small Island Level, and in the cinematic story mode of SF5, Base Ryu casually defeats him, so that would put Base Ryu at that level.

And some other things:

1. As I said before (but that topic was only noticed by two guys), Urien should get the big upgrades due to being superior to Bison and getting praised by Gill.

2. Sekia Kuretsuha is Base Akuma's super in SF5 and he doesn't go all out when he uses it, so this means the speed of this move would scale to Akuma and to chars who scale to him, and since SF3 takes place after SF5, this means Akuma already had this technique by that time and most likely used it in the battle against Oro.

3. Akuma gets much stronger by every SF game, even between Alpha 2 Akuma and Alpha 3 Akuma there is a huge gap, so it is doubtful that he is still Small Island Level after all these years. That will of course be considered a speculation by some people, but now we have the solid confirmation that Akuma should be upgraded - in Akuma's story mode of SF5, Base Akuma faces Ryu (it takes place after the Cinematic Story - 'A Shadow Falls', therefore, Base Ryu by that time is easily superior to Transformed Necalli). Akuma says "Your pure fist of humanity, Mu no Ken, and my demon god fist... now heaven and earth, light and dark will clash!" - so Ryu at his strongest with the Mu no Ken, meaning he was like 100 times stronger than Transformed Necalli (that is an exaggeratio, but you see the point), who is at least Small Island Level. Plus right before the battle begins, Ryu says "I'll have to fight to my full potential", so Ryu went all out in the battle against Base Akuma. Base Akuma defeats him easily. So Akuma should get upgrades as well.

Actually, Ryu should be 6-C by now.

I mean, he beat Alex in Third Strike without problem.

And Alex defeated Gill.
Gill just let Alex win because Alex had personal issues. If we actually compare them, Alex would get destroyed by Gill and in fact even by Urien, Gill's inferior brother.

Some of yours suggestions make little sense, tho. You want characters to be upgraded through circular scaling. We can't upgrade Akuma scaling from a character scaled from him, either.
Basically this, that's not how it works

In this site Base Akuma and Mu no Ken Ryu are both at least Small Island Level, but Base Akuma casually beat Mu no Ken Ryu. So that should put his AP at something like "At least Small Island Level+" or "At least Small Island Level, possibly higher".

Also, will you include the third form of Necalli, the most powerful one? This form is from Necalli's 'what-if' Character Story, in this state he was able to defeat and kill Ryu, Dhalsim and Bison. There is Evil Ryu in Ryu's page, so I think this form of Necalli can be included.
