What tier would a statement of “living between reality and abstraction/imagination” grant? Would it automatically prove qualitative superiority over reality?

Well I mean it's backed up a lot by context in the game. I just wanted to know what tier it would grant in perfect conditions.

I really don't see anything because the character is "in between" and not "qualitatively above". Moreover, this "reality"-"fiction" would first have to be something like 1-A and not 1-A to hope for something great.
